VISION

By 2010, Project Garrison will increase its incomes and partnerships by at least 300% above 2004 levels.

By March 2005, a Fund Development Plan will be completed.

STRATEGIES, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES 2004 - 2010

1.   Develop and implement partnerships, joint ventures and other meaningful
      relationships with organizations who share similar goals and interests.

2.   Build an effective infra-structure.
