The Project Garrison NW Weed & Seed initiative received official recognition by the Department of Justice Executive Office of Community Capacity Development in November 2000, and is completing its fifth operational year. We operate in the northwest sector of Baltimore City along the Garrison Boulevard corridor between Wabash Avenue and Gwynns Falls Parkway. The primary offices and Safe Haven are located at 3717 Springdale Avenue.

Partnerships
